Directions

  1. Season fillets with Butter Garlic Salt and Original Creole seasonings.
  2. Place 1 tbsp butter on each fillet.
  3. Insert 2-piece steel rack into the CanCooker and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Arrange fillets on racks.
  5. Latch lid and put on medium / low heat.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
