Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk spicy pork sausage
- 1 can pale ale or other light beer
- 1 package 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- ½ cup pepper jack cheese – shredded
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
- 1 can – 28 oz. diced tomatoes with mild green chilies – undrained
- 1 can black beans – rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro – minced
- Optional – jalapenos and tortilla chips

Directions
- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source, cook the sausage until no longer pink, about five minutes, crumbling the meat.
- Add beer and cook until slightly reduced, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Velvetta, pepper jack cheese and CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning.
- Stir occasionally until melted.
- When melted stir in the tomatoes, beans and cilantro.
- Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until warmed through.
- If desired, garnish with jalapenos and additional cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
