- 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce

Directions
- Mix cauliflower, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until the cauliflower is well coated.
- In any CanCooker, place the rack onto the bottom and add water to the rack.
- Add cauliflower and place on a medium-to-medium low heat source and steam for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
- Remove from CanCooker and toss with the hot sauce until evenly coated.
