Steamed Burger Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
  • 12 slider buns
  • Can of beer
  • Optional garnish – ketchup, mustard, onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning. Separate out about a 1/6 pound of meat and create a slider patty, repeat until you have a dozen of them. We suggest cooking four patties at a time.

2.  Place rack in the bottom of any CanCooker and add a can of beer. Place 4 sliders in the CanCooker, latch lid and cook on medium low heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from beat and carefully take out steamed sliders.

3.  Check liquid level and add more beer if necessary. Repeat 2 more times to complete your dozen sliders.

4.  Plate your steamed burger sliders with your favorite slider buns and garnish.
