                                                                                                                                                                         On October 22, 2026, the Manitowoc County Fish & Game Prot. Assn. held their 46th Annual Sportsman’s Banquet at City Limits.  There were about 575 people in attendance to help support conservation projects within the county.  There was over $50,000 in merchandise given away and if you were “one out of three” who was lucky enough to have your name drawn, please remember to contact the donor with a thank you for the prize you won.
There were six major prizes given away, and we like to thank all the sponsors for their gift giving to the banquet.
GRAND PRIZE:  Browning X-Bolt White Gold 270 Leopold, Sling & Case,  Donated by: Pozorski Hauling & Recycling   won by Jim Stadler of Reedsville, WI
COMMITTEE SELECT PRIZE:  Browning X-Bolt Speed Dark Maple 300 Win. Mag.  Donated by:  Cleveland Fish & Game  won by Mark Petska of Maribel, WI
PRESIDENT’S SELECT PRIZE:  Christianson Arms Evoke 243 w/Vortex scope.  Donated by: Maribel Sportsman’s Club  won by Mathew Fidler of Maribel, WI
VICE-PRESIDENT SELECT PRIZE:  Mossberg Gold Reserve 12ga., Donated by JUST Orthodontics   won by Michael Fetting  of Reedsville,  WI
CHAIRMAN SELECT PRIZE: Stoeger P3020 Camo 20 ga. Semi Auto, Donated by Grosshusch Lake Farms,  won by Aaron Webb of Manitowoc,  WI
CO-CHAIRMAN SELECT PRIZE: Benelli Camo 12 ga.,  Donated by Greenstone Farm Credit,  won by Stacie Sippel of Manitowoc, WI 
The Manitowoc County Fish & Game Protective Association gives sincere thanks to all the merchants, business places and individuals who donated prizes for this event. We ask all winners to please send a thank you to all those donors and be sure to patronize all business who donated to the event. All proceeds from this banquet will go toward conservation projects in Manitowoc County for the public to enjoy.

NOTE:  Bob Stadler is standing in for his dad Jim Stadler in the photo. In other news from the night, Don Dietrich & family donated a Browning BAR in memory and honor of Art & Betty Dietrich.
