Consider the bib, or overalls if you prefer. The functional workwear protects growers from mud and grease from boot to chest. And, perhaps most importantly, the over-the-shoulder straps provide a loose and relaxed fit for bending, lifting and climbing without a belt digging into your waist or need to constantly hike your trousers.

Guess what? Hunters appreciate those same attributes. In that theme, ScentLok introduces the new Savanna Fuse Bib.

“The secret sauce of the entire Savanna Fuse collection is the touch activated, cooling-infused polyester inner fabric,” started ScentLok Marketing Director, Steve Allie, about employing the same material used in premier fishing shirts that cool on contact. “We’ve also gave the Savanna Fuse collection a new cut, improved styling, and better pocket placement, all while maintaining ScentLok’s key technologies,” added Allie. “Early season hunters will also appreciate how moisture is managed with our specialized wicking treatment.”

One of those cornerstone technologies is ScentLok’s Carbon Alloy^®, which combines treated carbon, activated carbon, and zeolite to absorb odors emitted by your body. Carbon Alloy utilizes natural coconut shell carbon, as it has the largest internal surface area of any carbon on earth. This massive surface area promotes the adsorption of the broadest scent molecule range. It innately secures these molecules and holds them until you reactivate your gear in a household dryer.

Now the general concept of the Savanna Fuse Bib is based on the classic striped overalls, but similarities end there. ScentLok took that basic superstructure and upped the ante in design.

Remember that pocket thing? ScentLok went and included eight strategically placed pockets on the new Savanna Fuse Bib. The configuration includes two on the chest for whatnot, a pair on the waist for quick access, and four critical zip-closure pockets for the essentials.

Speaking of zippers, the Savanna Fuse Bib includes side leg zippers for easy on/off in the field. That means boots stay on your feet while donning and doffing the bibs.

Comfort-centric design elements include Lycra side chest panels, articulated knees and gusseted crotch area. The Lycra is key for providing a snug fit, but also expanding as needed when you twist, turn, or bend. Articulation, or a preformed bend in the knee promotes movement and keeps the legs in place when you sit. Gusseting in the crotch area means ScentLok stitched in a separate fabric panel instead of congesting leg panels in centralized point. Gusseting provides vastly improved range of motion while on the foot, as well as greater comfort when you’re sitting in the stand.

The straps are the cherry on top. ScentLok advanced the archetypal overalls strap by going fully elastic, accentuating the bibs comprehensive comfort proposition. Moreover, the straps are populated with silicone for grip to really stay in place.
