Interactive Wolf Depredation

This is an update for the previous notification. On Nov. 25, 2024, USDA-Wildlife Services verified a wolf livestock depredation on a farm located in the town of Parkland (not the city of Superior), Douglas County. USDA-Wildlife Services has deployed auditory harassment devices for deterrence.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) partners with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Wildlife Services department to investigate reported conflicts with wolves. Interactive maps, past reports and damage payment information is available on the DNR’s website.
