Ingredients
- 1 cup onion – chopped
- 2 tsp garlic – minced
- 1 lb. mild Italian sausage – casings removed
- 32 oz carton chicken stock
- 2 cans (15 oz) petite diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 can (6 oz) can tomato paste
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp fresh basil – chopped
- 8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles – broken into bite size pieces
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In any Cancooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source add the onion, garlic and sausage.
- Cook until browned.
- Drain any excess grease.
- Add the chicken stock, tomatoes and the tomato paste.
- Stir until combined and then add in the Italian seasoning and basil.
- Add in the noodles.
- Place the lid on the CanCooker and cook 8-10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and the salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and top with more basil if desired.
