Ingredients
- 1 pound Extra Large Shrimp Cleaned and Veined (approx. 30)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 12 ounces Beer Your Choice
- CanCooker Creole Seasoning
Garnish
- Chopped Parsley
- Lemon
Directions

Spray the inside of the CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add beer, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and mix together. Close and latch lid. Place on a low to medium heat.
While waiting for the CanCooker to come to a steam, put the shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle with CanCooker Creole Seasoning. Once the CanCooker is begins to steam, carefully remove lid and add the shrimp. Close lid and latch. Steam approximately 4 minutes. Place shrimp in a serving bowl and garnish with freshly squeezed lemon and parsley.
