2019 Deer Harvest Regulations and Permit Application
Deer may be harvested within the City of Manitowoc on private property in accordance and with exceptions to Manitowoc Municipal Ordinance 14.330. To participate and hunt within the city limits all hunters, and property owners must submit an application to the Manitowoc Police Department. Hunters wishing to participate in the program must abide by all state statues and DNR regulations pertaining to bow hunting.
The City of Manitowoc Deer Harvest Program follows the state archery season which is: September 14, 2019 – January 5, 2020.
The annual hunters meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Manitowoc Police Department, 910 Jay Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
