Students of the Mishicot FFA had a very good weekend at the Wis. State High School Clay Target League shoot at Rome, WI. More than 75 high school teams, featuring more than 1,500 students athletes. Add thousands of spectators and that makes it a really nice weekend for the shooters. I do know that the Francis Creek Sportsman Club and Mishicot Sportsman Club both had students on the Mishicot FFA Team and was supported by both clubs. It was really nice of the Wis. Wildlife Federation and Winchester Ammo company to supply the team with two cases of ammo for the team to practice with. I suggest that everyone reading this to please get a membership in all organizations and help support Winchester by purchasing their products. Winchester over the years has always supported the shooting sports and they need to be told a big Thank You from all of us. I hope they will be able to help support this program again in 2020. One last thing, if you know the FFA Advisor, Jamie Propson, please thank her for all her hard work she has been doing for the students of Mishicot School District.
