Assault Weapons Ban Passes House Judiciary Committee

Last night, the House Judiciary Committee passed Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI)’s H.R. 1808 – Assault Weapons Ban of 2021. This bill bans modern sporting rifles, shotguns, and pistols, and standard capacity magazines – infringing on Second Amendment rights and attacking your business. It is expected to be voted on as early as next week.

The Judiciary Committee is also aiming to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) by moving forward H.R. 2814 – Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act.

It is imperative now more than ever that we maintain and recruit more pro-firearm industry allies in the House and Senate to keep both Congress and the Administration in check.

The anti-gun majority is hanging by a thread – help us defeat them.

Please help us defeat them by donating to the NSSF PAC today. Click here to see how NSSF PAC benefits you and your business.
